In 1790, 9 of the mutineers from the Bounty, together with the native Tahitian gentlemen and ladies who were with them (6 adult men, 11 women of all ages, and a toddler lady), settled on Pitcairn Island and established hearth to the Bounty. In 2004, charges have been laid versus seven guys dwelling on Pitcairn and 6 dwelling abroad.
