The video game is performed from a third-human being perspective and its open up environment can be navigated on foot, skateboard, motor scooter, bicycle, or go-kart. Outside of missions, the player can freely roam the game's open up planet, consisting of the fictional city of Bullworth, and has the skill to comprehensive optional facet missions.
