In 1976, Crichton posted Eaters of the Dead, a novel about a 10th-century Muslim who travels with a team of Vikings to their settlement. Unlike that novel however, Crichton facilities on sexual politics in the place of work, emphasizing an array of paradoxes in traditional gender capabilities by featuring a male protagonist who is remaining sexually harassed by a woman executive.
